自本刊去年第10期刊出“我与档案工作”征文启事以来,得到了广大读者的大力支持,在这里我们向这些同志表示感谢。但是,从众多的来稿中我们发现了一些问题。这里我们想提请支持我们工作,并正在继续为我刊撰稿的同志们注意: 1、不少来稿文笔流畅,所记事迹感人,但是写作方法及内容离征文要求有一定距离,没有紧紧扣住“我“字来写。我们要求写他人也须用第一人称,最好是写自己。 2、每个人都有自己的特点,自己的经历。但目前一些来稿内容大同小异:老同志常常象记流水帐一样写下自己几十年的档案工作历程,年轻同志不外乎是写自己对档案工作如何由不热爱到热爱,等等。这样,虽然是不同人的来稿,但总给人一种似曾相识的感觉。我们希望征文来稿要抓住“我”的特点,那怕只写一件小事,切忌千篇一律。 3、来稿(包括其它来镐)请用方格稿纸,字迹要力求工整。有些来稿字迹潦草,甚至有的连作者姓名都很难辨认,这样不仅影响刊用,而且也影响后期评选。我们希望广大读者继续踊跃投稿,支持我们办好“征文”,办好《档案工作》杂志。
Since the tenth issue of last issue of this journal, “I and Archives Work” has been published, it has received the strong support of readers. Here, we hereby express my gratitude to these comrades. However, we found some problems from numerous contributions. Here we would like to draw our attention to the comrades who support our work and are continuing to write articles for me: 1. Many of the contributions are fluent and the stories are impressive. However, there is a certain distance between the method of writing and the contents of the essay. Live “I” to write. We need to write others also need to use the first person, it is best to write yourself. 2, everyone has their own characteristics, their own experience. However, at present some of the contributions are more or less similar: Comrades in old times often write down the archives of their own work for decades for decades as they are in running accounts. Young comrades are nothing more than writing their own love of passion, love and so on. In this way, although it is a contribution of different people, but always gives a sense of deja vu. We hope that the essay contributions should seize the “me” characteristics, even if only write a small thing, avoid stereotyped. 3, manuscripts (including other picks) Please use the draft manuscripts, writing should strive to neat. Some of the manuscripts illegible, even some even the author’s name is difficult to identify, so not only affect the publication, but also affect the late selection. We hope that the majority of readers will continue to submit their contributions actively and support us in running “essay writing” and running “archival work” magazines.
