TOPSIS法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution),意为最优方案和最劣方案之间的相对接近程度[1]。
The TOPSIS method (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) means the relative closeness between the optimal solution and the worst solution [1]. This method can objectively reflect the quality of health supervision. It can be used for both longitudinal comparison in different periods in the same area and for horizontal comparison in different areas in the same period, and is suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of health supervision [2]. This paper applies TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the food safety of canteens and restaurants in Haidian District, and aims to provide reference for guiding food hygiene supervision.
