On October 16, 2013, an academic report on coal mine hydrogeology and water damage prevention and control technology jointly prepared by Shaanxi Provincial Coal Institute, Xi’an Research Institute of China Coal Science and Technology Corporation and Shaanxi Coal Chemical Industry Research Institute of Technology was held in China Coal Science and Industry Corporation Xi’an Research Institute held. 116 persons in charge of technical units, chief engineers and heads of scientific research department of 22 units of Shaanxi coal system attended the conference.
