高职院校后勤工作是一项基础性和保障性工作,是高等教育不可缺少的组成部分,它的方方面面涉及到师生员工的切身利益,为此,构建高职院校和谐后勤非常重要。高职院校和谐后勤需要构建和谐的工作、文化、制度以及服务双方的关系。
Logistical work in higher vocational colleges is a basic and safeguarding work. It is an indispensable component of higher education. Its aspects involve the vital interests of teachers and students. Therefore, it is very important to construct harmonious logistics in higher vocational colleges. Harmonious logistics in higher vocational colleges needs to build a harmonious work, culture, system and the relationship between service parties.
