目的:通过南宁市10年婚前医学检查情况分析,了解婚前医学检查疾病检出情况及新的《婚姻登记条例》实施前后对婚检率的影响,并针对目前南宁市婚前医学检查的现状,提出相应的对策。方法:对南宁市1999～2008年婚前医学检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果:10年应检人数278076例,实检人数92105例,检出疾病14970例,疾病检出率16.25%,检出疾病以生殖系统疾病最高,为6515例,占7.07%;其次为指定传染性疾病4672例,占5.07%;内科系统疾病1714例,占1.86%;遗传性疾病409例,占0.44%;精神性疾病8例,占0.009%;平均婚检率33.12%,1999～2003年婚检率相对高,其中最高是2001年,为87.87%,2003年以后婚检率下降明显,最低婚检率是2004年,为4.72%。结论:婚前医学检查是疾病控制的重要手段,应广泛宣传婚检的重要性,推行个体化服务与建议性医学意见,对促进健康婚配、阻断传染性疾病的传播、遗传性疾病的传递、全面提高出生人口素质有着重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the situation of premarital medical examination and the influence of pre-marriage registration rate before and after the implementation of prenuptial medical examination through the analysis of 10-year premarital medical examination in Nanning City. According to the current status of premarital medical examination in Nanning City, Countermeasures. Methods: The data of premarital medical examination in Nanning from 1999 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were 278,076 cases and 92105 cases in 10 years. 14970 cases were detected and the disease detection rate was 16.25%. The highest incidence of disease was detected in the reproductive system, which was 6515 cases (7.07%), followed by the designated infection 4672 cases of sexual diseases, accounting for 5.07%; 1714 cases of medical system diseases, accounting for 1.86%; 409 cases of genetic diseases, accounting for 0.44%; mental illness in 8 cases, accounting for 0.009%; average premarital rate was 33.12% The highest rate was 87.87% in 2001, and the rate of premarital examination dropped significantly after 2003. The lowest rate of premarital premarital examination in 2004 was 4.72%. Conclusion: Premarital medical examination is an important means of disease control. The importance of premarital examination should be widely publicized, individualized service and suggestion medical advice should be promoted, which should promote healthy marriage, stop transmission of infectious diseases and transmission of hereditary diseases. Improving the quality of the born population is of great significance.
