Objective To understand the HBV DNA load of hepatitis B virus (HBVM) and hepatitis B virus (HBV-DNA) in pregnant women in Guizhou province and explore the relationship between HBVM pattern and HBV DNA load in pregnant women Relationship between. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to randomly select 9 county-level hospitals in 4 prefectures and cities as the investigation units. Serum samples from hospitalized pregnant women of the investigation units were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for HBV markers (Hepatisis B Virus Markers, HBVM) were used to detect HBV-DNA load in pregnant women by Fluorescence Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (FQ-PCR). Results Among 534 pregnant women infected with HBV, 19 were found, of which 299 were positive for HBV DNA load, accounting for 55.99%. HBsAg, HBeAg, Anti-HBc positive (big three positive), HBsAg, Anti-HBe, Anti-HBc positive (three positive) pregnant women accounted for 65.10% of the total 534 pregnant women. HBsAg, HBeAg double positive pregnant women with positive HBV-DNA positive detection rate was 95.42%, average load (7.06 ± 1.27) Log IU / ml, compared with other HBVM model, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions HBs Ag and HBe Ag are double positive in HBVM test results of pregnant women, and their HBV-DNA load is high. These populations are the key points of prevention and control of vertical transmission of HBV mother-infant HBV in Guizhou Province.
