侯洵,中国科学院院士、中国科学院西安光学精密机械研究所所长、瞬态光学技术国家重点实验室学术委员会主任、中国物理学会理事、陕西省物理学会理事长、中国光学学会常务理事、高速摄影与光子学专业委员会主任、中国电子学会光电专业委员会委员、光学学报编委、光子学报主编。陕西省咸阳人,1936年12月生,1959年毕业于西北大学物理系,1979年—1981年在英国伦敦大学帝国理工学院物理系进修。长期从事高速摄影与光子学研究,发明了钯银氧铯光电阴极,主持、参与研制成功变象管皮秒条纹相机、变象管皮秒分幅相机、X射线皮秒条纹相机等8种变象管高速摄影机及克尔盒高速摄影机,在光电子类高速摄影技术方面做出了突出贡献。主持研制成功双近贴聚焦象增强器、X射线大尺寸象增强器、MOCVD装置、红外上转换材料、场助光电阴极等,在夜视技术方面成绩显著。先后获得过国家科技进步特等奖(7名个人获奖者之一)、国家科技进步二、三等奖、国家发明奖三等奖及中国科学院

Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, born in December 1936, graduated from the Department of Physics of Northwestern University in 1959, and studied at Imperial College of Technology, Department of Physics, University of London, England from 1979 to 1981. Has long been engaged in high-speed photography and photonics research, invented the palladium silver cesium photocathode cathode, presided over and participated in the development of the successful transformation of the picosecond-second stripe camera, picosecond sub-frame camera, X-ray picosecond stripe camera and other 8 kinds of change High-speed tube cameras and Kerr boxes of high-speed cameras, optoelectronic high-speed photographic technology has made outstanding contributions. Presided over the successful development of dual close-focus focused image intensifier, X-ray large-size image intensifier, MOCVD devices, infrared upconversion materials, field-assisted photocathode, etc., in the night vision technology achievements significantly. Has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award (one of seven individual winners), the national science and technology progress prize two, three, the national invention award third prize and the Chinese Academy of Sciences
