温家宝下矿井,这不是第一次,2003年春节,温家宝就在辽宁阜新的矿井下与矿工们共度除夕。那一次下井,传达出来的信息是温家宝对最底层劳动者高度关注,温家宝的铜川行更加具体地表达了对最底层劳动者生命安全的忧心。中国的煤矿,一直是事故频发。不管地方小煤窑,还是国有大矿,塌方、爆炸的消息都不时传来。就在陈家山煤矿,此前3年,还曾经发生过一起伤亡54人的特大矿难。中国煤矿工人的死亡数每年在5000人以上,以万吨煤死亡率计算,远远高于世界平均水平。
This is not the first time that Wen Jiabao mined the mine. In the spring of 2003, Wen Jiabao spent time with the miners on the New Year’s Eve in Fuxin, Liaoning Province. The message that went down was that Wen Jiabao was very concerned about the lowest-income workers. Wen Jiabao’s Tongchuan Bank expressed more concrete concerns about the safety and security of the lowest-income workers. China’s coal mines have been frequent accidents. Regardless of local small coal mines, or large state-owned mines, landslides, explosions are coming from time to time. In Chen Jiashan coal mine, after three years, there have been 54 casualties occurred a huge mine. The death toll of coal miners in China is over 5,000 annually, calculated on the basis of the death rate of 10,000 tons of coal, which is much higher than the world average.
