文章依据滨海地区生态环境特点,提出了在盐渍土地区修建高速公路的各个阶段都应对生态环境采取保护措施。无论是工程立项初期工可阶段的环境影响评估报告,还是在初步设计和施工图设计阶段,绿化环保设计都应以盐渍土地区生态特点采取相应设计手段和技术措施,消除由于修建公路对沿线生态产生的负面影响,使保护生态、修复生态成为公路建设的重要责任。
Based on the characteristics of the ecological environment in the coastal area, the article proposes that the ecological environment should be protected in all stages of the construction of expressway in the saline soil area.
