互动课堂教学是在班级授课制下按学生实际学习程度施教的一种重要手段.美国心理学家布鲁姆指出“互动课堂教学”是尊重学生的个性,促进包括后进生在内所有学生发展的有效措施,他认为在许多学生在学习中未能取得优异的成绩,主要问题不是学生智能能力欠缺,而是由于未得到适当的教学条件和合理的帮助造成的.我们通过将“互动课堂教学”理念引入到我们的初中数学教学中,通过在课堂教学中践行这一理念,可以进一步提高我们的初中数学教学成果.
