“动态生成”是新课改的核心理念之一,要求教师从僵化的、呆板的线性教学设计走向灵活多变的、广阔发展余地的板块式教学设计。使学生的生命得到尊重,教师的价值得以体现,新课堂呈现生机勃勃、精彩纷呈的动态变化的新特点。从三个方面逐层阐述了课堂动态的重要性:“简单设计”与充分预设;教学案例的动态生成,让生活走进课堂;反思总结:课堂中生成性资源的利用。动态生成的课堂是学生、老师尽展才华的课堂,是充满激情与挑战的课堂,深刻的反思让教师成长得更快,让课堂更加流溢精彩。
“Dynamically Generated ” is one of the core concepts of the new curriculum reform, requiring teachers to move from rigid, rigid linear instructional design to a flexible instructional design with extensive room for development. Make students’ life be respected, the value of teachers can be reflected, the new classroom presents a dynamic and colorful new features of dynamic change. From three aspects, the importance of classroom dynamic is elaborated layer by layer: “Simple Design” and sufficient pre-setting; the dynamic generation of teaching cases enables the life to go into the classroom; and the summary of reflection: the utilization of the generated resources in the classroom. The dynamically generated classroom is a classroom where students and teachers can show their talents and is full of passion and challenge. The profound reflection makes teachers grow faster and make the classroom more splendid.
