为克服纯钛种植牙硬度低,在维护保养过程中表面易被划伤的问题,在纯钛表面制备了高硬度渗氮钛(TiN)陶瓷层;在不降低TiN硬度的前提下,采用水热处理方法对TiN进行部分氧化处理,以改善其骨传导性。结果表明,水热处理温度不超过100℃时,TiN表面发生部分氧化,润湿性能得到改善,而表面形貌及硬度未发生变化;当水热处理温度高于100℃时,试样表面出现纳米尺寸沉积,硬度明显下降;100℃是在去离子水介质中对TiN进行水热处理的临界温度。水热处理在对TiN进行氧化的同时能够保持其高硬度,可以使TiN成为优良的种植牙镀层材料。
In order to overcome the problem of low hardness of pure titanium implant and easy scratching of the surface during maintenance, a high hardness nitrided titanium (TiN) ceramic layer was prepared on the surface of pure titanium. Without reducing the hardness of TiN, TiN is partially oxidized by heat treatment to improve its osteoconductivity. The results show that when the hydrothermal treatment temperature does not exceed 100 ℃, the surface of TiN partially oxidizes and the wettability improves without changing the surface morphology and hardness. When the hydrothermal treatment temperature is higher than 100 ℃, the nano-size Deposition, the hardness decreased obviously; 100 ℃ is the critical temperature for TiN hydrothermal treatment in deionized water medium. Hydrothermal treatment of TiN in oxidation while maintaining its high hardness, TiN can become an excellent dental implant material.
