轻质化是当今金属材料发展的趋势,各领域越来越多地采用铝、镁和钛合金作为结构材料或功能材料。我国铝镁资源丰富,特别是镁合金资源占全球70%以上,因此,在金属材料轻量化的趋势下,如何发挥我国自身资源优势,促进轻合金的推广应用,是学者和产业化人士的重要任务之一。然而,轻合金自身的耐磨或耐腐性能相对较差,直接使用往往不能满足机械设计的要求,需要进行表面处理从而改善其表面强度、耐磨性、耐蚀性及其他特性。
