《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出:“教师要尊重幼儿的发展水平、能力、经验、学习方式等方面的个体差异,因人施教,努力使每一个幼儿都能获得满足和成功。”这一理念告诉我们,要为幼儿创设一个丰富多彩,多功能、多层次的具有选择自由度的环境,让每个幼儿都能得到符合自身特点发展的空间和机会,让每个幼儿在原有水平上都得到富有个性的发展。而在这过程中,教师要以支持者、合作者、引导者的身份关注幼儿、了解幼儿,敏锐地察觉幼儿之间的差异,个别化地指导幼儿。
