一、前言 为了提高内燃机缸套和活塞环摩擦付的使用寿命,改善发动机性能,近几年来对缸套和活塞环的摩擦、磨损和润滑的研究越来越引起人们的重视。因这对摩擦付处于高温、高压和周期性负荷等苛刻条件下工作,它们的相对滑移所消耗的摩擦功约占发动机总摩擦功的65%[1];因此,除要求具有足够的强度外,还应具有良好的摩擦特性。当前缸套和活塞环生产厂都在积极地提高产品的强度、硬度和选用优质合金材料,很有必要根据缸套和活塞环的摩擦磨损机理对照试验结果对它们的配对性做出合理的评价。 二、材料的选择 缸套和活塞环材料,应根据发动机的转速、强化程度和使用场合选用不同的材料,同时应考虑到资源的可能性。
