蝙蝠葛碱(Dauricine山豆根碱)具有降压和抗实验性心律失常作用。猫乳头肌的研究表明,蝙蝠葛碱可降低心室肌的收缩性、自律性、兴奋性,延长不应期;认为其抗心律失常作用与不应期的延长,自律性和兴奋性的降低有关。本文在离体家兔心房,观察了蝙蝠葛碱对左房生理特性及右房频率的影响。 一、材料和方法 家兔1.5~2.5公斤,按Levy法制备离体左房和右房标本。实验在含Krebs-Henseleit液的10毫升恒温(31±1℃)浴槽中进行,持续通95%O_2
Dauricine (Dauricine) has antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic effects.
