蒜苗是冬季蔬菜市场细菜之一,它对调节和弥补冬季蔬菜供应淡季起到一定的作用。前些年,蒜苗栽培主要是搭火炕、挖蒜窖,这两种方式的缺点是燃料耗量大、生产场所的空间利用率低。近几年,随着蒜苗栽培技术的不断进步,我们通过几年的生产实践,找出了在温室内搭架床进行多层次蒜苗栽培。这种方式与前两种相比,具有燃料耗费小,温室储热性能好,生产场所空间利用率高和经济效益显著等特点。
Garlic is one of the vegetables in the winter vegetable market, it plays a role in regulating and making up for the off-season supply of winter vegetables. A few years ago, the main cultivation of garlic is to take the kang, garlic dug, the shortcomings of these two methods is fuel consumption, production space utilization is low. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the cultivation techniques of garlic seedlings, we have identified the cultivation of multi-layered garlic seedlings in the greenhouse by using several years of production practices. Compared with the former two methods, this method has the characteristics of small fuel consumption, good greenhouse heat storage performance, high space utilization efficiency in production sites and remarkable economic benefits.
