本文论述了低公害的低氰 S-N 共渗盐浴配制和盐浴在工作过程中成分控制、活性恢复的方法,说明了盐浴各成分在共渗过程中的作用以及渗层特性和共渗工艺之间的关系;提出了 S-N 共渗法的应用范围。低氰盐浴 S-N 共渗法可取代剧毒盐浴软氮化法。铝合金件压铸模 S-N 共渗后,压铸寿命可达78000件次,比盐浴软氮化处理的寿命大为提高。
