由于三硝水溶液具有较大的冷却能力,又有淬火变形、开裂性小的特点,所以适用于作为低淬透性钢材的冷却介质,以代替水—油双液淬火或碱液的分级淬火,以达到简化操作过程、改善劳动条件、降低生产成本、提高产品质量的目的。为了进一步弄清三硝水溶液的冷却能力,我们选择了常用的几种钢材及常用的冷却介质作淬硬性及淬透性试验进行比较,现将工艺实验结果分析比较如下。
