离子轰击炉是一种新型加热设备,主要是用以进行离子氮化、离子渗碳等化学热处理。现在,它的应用领域仍在扩大,如离子轰击钎焊、离子镀渗金属和非金属(聚四氟乙烯塑料)表面处理等。随着应用范围的日益扩大,对炉内工件温度的均匀性和测温的准确性要求也就越来越高。由于离子轰击炉独特的加热方式,工件温度测定和控制要比普通电阻炉或燃料炉复杂得多。采用热电偶测温方法存在着一些问题。两年来,我厂对离子轰击加热的测温进行了一些试验研究。本文对测温和控温问题
