本文应用二维及多普勒超声心动图对25例冠心病(CAD)及23例正常人(NC)的心脏各房室腔内径及心功能进行了研究,所有CAD患者均经冠脉造影证实。结果发现CAD组左房扩大17例(68％),左室扩大2例,CAD组平均左房收缩末期前后径37.2mm,NC组为30.3mm,两组间相差非常显著(p<0.001)。多
In this paper, we study the atrioventricular cavity diameter and cardiac function in 25 patients with coronary heart disease (CAD) and 23 normal subjects (NC) by two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography. All CAD patients were confirmed by coronary angiography . The results showed that left atrium enlargement was found in 17 cases (68%), left ventricular enlargement in 2 cases in CAD group, mean anteroposterior diameter of 37.2 mm in CAD group and 30.3 mm in NC group.
