做好生物制品的冷藏工作,是确保生物制品免疫效价、提高计划免疫质量的关键。目前公社卫生院、大队卫生室一般都配备了冰瓶,但是要解决冰瓶的用冰问题还比较困难。有的在冰瓶内放点冰块或放两、三支冰棒,但冷藏的时间短暂,冰块一旦溶化,生物制品就浸泡在冰水里容易损坏或受到污染。我们通过工作实践,在冰瓶用冰方面做了一点改进,现介绍如下:一、方法取100毫升塑料投药瓶若干个,每瓶装100毫升清水,加盖后放电冰箱的冰槽内结冰。8磅冰瓶内放4个即可。
