采用表面机械摩擦技术(SMGT)对Fe-20Mn-3Al-3Si钢进行表面形变强化处理,在其表面形成相变强化层,通过对相变强化层的微观组织和硬度的研究,分析Fe-20Mn-3Al-3Si钢表面的相变。结果表明,Fe-20Mn-3Al-3Si钢在机械研磨过程中极易产生奥氏体向马氏体的转变,该马氏体相变过程与晶粒的取向和应变存在着密切的关系。Fe-20Mn-3Al-3Si钢表面强化层的微观组织和硬度在表层、中间层和内层呈现明显的梯度变化规律。
The surface modification of Fe-20Mn-3Al-3Si steel was carried out by surface mechanical friction technique (SMGT) to form a phase-change strengthening layer on the surface. The microstructure and hardness of the phase- Phase Transformation of -3Al-3Si Steel Surface. The results show that the Fe-20Mn-3Al-3Si steel easily undergoes the transformation from austenite to martensite during mechanical grinding. The martensitic transformation is closely related to the grain orientation and strain. The microstructure and hardness of the surface strengthened layer of Fe-20Mn-3Al-3Si steel showed obvious gradient variation in the surface layer, middle layer and inner layer.
