采用光学显微镜、拉伸试验机及显微硬度计研究了热处理对BTi-6431S合金氩弧焊焊接组织与性能的影响。结果表明,BTi-6431S合金氩弧焊原始焊接组织为铸态块状初生α相和片层状β相转变组织组成,经不同温度焊后热处理获得不同形态α相和β相。随着热处理温度的升高,初生α相含量减少,细小针状的α’马氏体和球状α相增多并粗化,室温与高温抗拉强度和规定塑性延伸强度及伸长率呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,室温显微硬度在650℃热处理时最高。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of TIG welding of BTi-6431S alloy were studied by optical microscope, tensile tester and microhardness tester. The results show that the original welding structure of BTi-6431S alloy is mainly composed of as-cast massive α-phase and lamellar β-phase transformation microstructure. Different forms of α-phase and β-phase are obtained after heat treatment at different temperatures. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the content of primary α-phase decreases, and fine needle-shaped α ’martensite and spherical α phase increase and coarsen. The room temperature and high temperature tensile strength, and the specified plastic extension strength and elongation show a rise After the change trend of high and low, the room temperature microhardness at 650 ℃ heat treatment the highest.
