紫菜的秋季壳孢子采苗,是紫菜养殖的重要环节。我国沿用的采苗方法多数是由国外引进后加以改革的,它们对我国的紫菜人工养殖的开拓与发展,起了一定的作用。为探讨符合我国现代特点的紫菜采苗方法,我们于1970年进行了海面泼孢子水采苗方法的研究,并于1971年初见成效。1972~197 3年在大面积生产实验中,收到了预期效果。1974~1979年,对采苗工艺和有关问题进行实验探索。本文是研究工作的初步总结。试验分别在福建省水产研究所海水试验场和龙海县港尾公社深澳大队养殖区进行。还先后到过福清县、东山县、广东省汕头地区、宁德县等地,推广这一采苗方法。在此期间,还在省、地、县各级水产部门举办的现场会或培训班上作过多次介绍。到1977年,应用该法采苗的面积,已经超过全省采苗总面积的一半。此外,广东省东部和浙江省南部也采用这一采苗方法进行紫菜采苗。目前,就采苗面积而言,该法已经成为我国紫菜
Seaweed seedlings of autumn conidia, is an important part of seaweed farming. Most of the methods adopted by our country for mining seedlings are reformed after the introduction of foreign countries. They play a certain role in the pioneering and development of China’s laver cultivation. In order to explore the method of seaweed seedlings in line with the modern characteristics of our country, we conducted a study on the method of sea spore water seedling in 1970 and achieved initial success in 1971. 1972 ~ 197 3 years in large-scale production experiments, received the desired results. From 1974 to 1979, the exploration of the mining and seedling technology and related issues were explored. This article is a preliminary summary of the research work. The experiment was carried out in the seawater test site of Fisheries Research Institute of Fujian Province and the aquaculture area of Shen’ao Team of Gangwei Commune in Longhai County. Also has been to Fuqing County, Dongshan County, Shantou, Guangdong Province, Ningde County and other places to promote this seedling approach. During this period, we also made many presentations on the on-site meetings or training sessions held by the provincial, prefectural and county fisheries departments. By 1977, the area of mining seedlings using this method had surpassed half of the total area of the province’s seedlings.
