慢性肾脏病(CKD)是各种原因所导致的肾脏慢性病变,肾功能呈渐进性损害。研究表明,有多种血管活性物质及细胞因子参与了肾脏损害过程,其中包括内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)。ET和NO在肾脏中具有广泛的生物学作用,但检测肾内ET和NO水平须行肾活检,有一定的创伤性,限制了临床应用。我们通过检测CKD患者的血清ET、NO水平,观察CKD的发生、发展与血清ET、NO的相关性,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:80例CKD患者均为我院2010年1月至
