党的十七届六中全会关于深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定和胡锦涛总书记在中国文联第九次以及中国作协第八次代表大会上的讲话,都从文艺发展规律出发,在总结文艺历史经验的基础上提出并阐发了许多文艺理论的重大问题。而关于文艺家要承担历史责任、提倡文以载道、鼓励文艺原创、自觉抵制低俗之风等,都是当前深具实践意义与艺术学理意义的大问题,如从理论与实际相结合的意义上加以深入领会,必然能有力推动社会主义文艺的大发展大繁荣的伟大战略目标的早日实现。
The decision of the 6th Plenary Session of the Seventeenth CPC Central Committee on deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and the speech by General Secretary Hu Jintao at the 9th China Federation of literary and art circles and the 8th congress of the Chinese Writers’ Proceeding from the law of the development of literature and art, on the basis of summing up the historical experience of literature and art, I put forward and elucidated many major issues in the theory of literature and art. However, it is a major issue that the literary and art historians have to bear the historical responsibility, advocate that literature should be carried in order, encourage literary and art creation, and consciously resist the vulgar style. All of these are the major practical significance and the great significance of art theory, such as the combination of theory and practice To gain an in-depth understanding, it is bound to be able to vigorously promote the early realization of the great strategic goal of the great development and prosperity of the socialist literature and art.
