自拟香砂平胃汤由香砂六君子汤合平胃散去参、草而成(厚朴、苍术、白术、陈皮、法半夏、藿香各10g,茯苓15g,砂仁、生姜各6g).近10年来,我们运用本方治疗内科杂证,取得了满意疗效,今举验案如下.1 眩晕李某,女,58岁,1997—06—05初诊.患者有心脏病史10余年,2个月前因眩晕跌仆送杭州市某医院治疗,诊断为高血压病、冠心病,住院半个月略有好转,带药回家续治.未及半月,眩晕复作而跌倒,心悸不安,又送某县医院住院治疗10余天.出院后家人虑其食少体虚,每日服用西洋参丸、黄芪生脉饮等补品,病情未减而来诊.视其形体肥胖,面色萎黄,神疲懒言,苔白厚腻,脉象结代.询之,口淡不渴,食少纳呆,头重昏蒙,此乃寒湿困脾,清阳不升.治宜温脾燥湿,用自拟香砂平胃汤加丹参、益母草各15g,并嘱其停服西药及补品,忌食生冷瓜果及油腻之物.服药3剂,头重眩晕减轻,厚腻之苔渐退,知饥能食,结代之脉消失,继服3剂,眩晕未作,纳佳寐安,精神转好,后用香砂六君子汤调理复元.
