世界卫生组织(WHO)在20个国家的调查表明,55岁男子每天脂肪摄入量和脂肪占膳食总热量的比例,都与冠心病死亡率之间呈明显正相关。膳食脂肪主要促进胆固醇的吸收,因而可使血胆固醇浓度增加。
The World Health Organization (WHO) survey in 20 countries showed that the 55-year-old men daily fat intake and fat dietary total calories ratio were positively correlated with coronary heart disease mortality. Dietary fats mainly promote the absorption of cholesterol, which can increase blood cholesterol levels.
