在生活中,每个人都希望在人生的 征途上一帆风顺,憧憬美好的未来。但 是人生不可能万事如意,生活的道路充 满着坎坷和曲折,谁都难免遭受不幸。 比如,亲人猝亡的突然变故、失恋落榜 的沉重打击、下岗失业的事业不顺等挫 折。在这些挫折面前,有的人一蹶不振, 自暴自弃,失去生活热情;有的人悲观 厌世,对生活失去信心,甚至轻生,用 自我毁灭的方法结束挫折给自己带来的 痛苦;有的人怨天尤人,把内心的痛苦 和愤怒向别人发泄,甚至铤而走险,报 复他人,走上犯罪道路。
