党的十八届四中全会提出加快社会主义法治国家建设。法治国家建设需要制度、机制、文化的结合。作为依法治国实施“灵魂”的法治文化必须以先进的社会价值观为生命力。社会主义核心价值观重要内容的依法治国理念,为社会主义核心价值观的灌输提供制度保障,反过来全面推进依法治国,有利于社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行。从两者外在联系和内在关联性视角分析两者在我国社会主义法治国家建设和培育社会主义先进文化中积极作用。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to speed up the building of a socialist country ruled by law. The construction of a country under the rule of law requires a combination of systems, mechanisms and cultures. As the law-based culture of implementing “soul” in governing the country according to law, we must regard the advanced social values as the vitality. The concept of governing the country according to law, which is the important content of the core values of socialism, provides institutional guarantees for the inculcation of the socialist core values. In turn, promoting the rule of law in an all-round way is conducive to the cultivation and implementation of the socialist core values. From the perspective of external connection and internal connection, this article analyzes the active roles of the two in building a socialist country ruled by law and cultivating the advanced socialist culture.
