除了常用的几年生存(1-、2-、3-、5- and 10-year survival)实际是总生存(overall survival,OS)概念外,有时根据不同需要还要细分为无病生存或无瘤生存(disease-free survival DFS)、疾病相关生存或带瘤生存或癌症相关生存(cause-specifie survival, CSS)、无复发生存(recurrent-free survival,RFS)、复发相关生存(recurrent-specific survival RSS)、无转移生存(metastasis-free sur- viral,MFS)、转移相关生存(metastasis-specific survival,MSS)等。它们的关系可粗略认为OS=DFS+CSS,DFS=RFS+MFS,CSS=RSS+MSS。
In addition to the commonly used years of survival (1-, 2-, 3-, 5-, and 10-year survival), it is actually the overall survival (OS) concept. Sometimes it is subdivided into disease-free survival depending on different needs. Disease-free survival (DFS), disease-related survival or tumor-bearing survival or cancer-specifie survival (CSS), recurrent-free survival (RFS), recurrence-related survival (recurrent-specific) (Survival RSS), metastasis-free survival (MFS), metastasis-specific survival (MSS), etc. Their relationship can be roughly thought of as OS=DFS+CSS, DFS=RFS+MFS, CSS=RSS+MSS.
