为促进个体私营经济的发展,1994年,湖北省应城市就下发了《私营企业雇工、个体劳动者社会保险实施细则》,并选择一个市场、一家私营企业开展了社会保险试点。4年过去了,最近,应城市社会保险机构对全市私营企业个体经营户社会保险开展情况进行调查。结果表明,私营企业和个体经营户迫切需要社会保险。
In order to promote the development of individual and private economy, in 1994, Yingcheng City, Hubei Province, issued the “Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Social Security for Hired Workers and Individual Laborers in Private Enterprises” and selected a market. A private-owned enterprise conducted a social security pilot. Four years have passed. Recently, the social insurance agencies in Yingcheng City conducted an investigation into the social insurance coverage of self-employed households in private-owned enterprises in the city. The results show that private enterprises and self-employed households urgently need social insurance.
