河北磁县杜村青年农民李运平,在多年栽培平菇的实践中,摸索出了一套栽培平菇的巧办法.他从1989年开始,每年利用冬季栽培平菇,纯收入都在6000元以上,是当地效益最好的种菇户.现将他的主要做法介绍给广大菇农.(一)每年只种一季每年选在病虫害不活跃的冬季栽培,这样栽培易获成功,大面积生产有保证.此时,市场蔬菜是淡季,鲜菇销路好,又正好用上新棉子皮作原料.
