Property management in Shenzhen is an emerging industry that has developed along with the reform and opening up of the SAR and the establishment of a market economy system. Currently the city has more than 400 registered property management companies, more than 700 other property management agencies, employing nearly 100,000 people. Specialized property management coverage of all kinds of properties in the SAR reached more than 90%.
