观察分析使用Ｄｅｌａｉｒ面具矫治骨性Ⅲ类上颌发育不足者治疗后组织的改变。样本选用１４例（男１１例，女３例），开始矫治时平均年龄１０岁１１个月，平均治疗１年。评估治疗前、治疗后及结束后２年的Ｘ线头颅定位侧位片。发现：①矫治有效地促进了上颌骨的向前生长；上唇及鼻底软组织突度也相应迅速增加，面型改善；②矫治结束后２年上颌骨仍继续向前增长，下颌骨生长量大于上颌骨，相应的软组织改变更多，ＡＮＢ角减小，颏部软组织突度增加；③所有疗效均不排除生长发育因素。上颌前牵引的效果是稳定的。
Observation and analysis of Delair mask for the treatment of skeletal Class Ⅲ maxillary underdeveloped tissue changes after treatment. The sample was selected 14 cases (11 males and 3 females), the average age at the beginning of treatment was 10 years and 11 months, the average treatment for 1 year. The results showed that: ① orthodontic treatment effectively promoted the forward growth of the maxilla; the soft tissue dislocation in the upper lip and nasal floor also increased rapidly and the facial shape improved; ② the maxilla continued to grow forward 2 years after the end of orthodontic treatment, The maxillary, the corresponding changes in soft tissue more, ANB angle decreases, chin soft tissue protrusion increased; ③ all the effects of growth and development are not excluded. The effect of maxillary traction is stable.
