本文通过212例下颌阻生智齿拔除术围手术期给阿莫仙的两种方案和不给药方案术后发生不同干槽率的研究，探讨了干槽症的病因和两种方案预防干槽症的效果与可能的机理。并认为使用抗生素减少干槽症的发生，而且术前给抗生素较术后给抗生素在预防下颌阻生智齿拔除术后干槽症中，是更值得采用的方案。
