经过两年多的开发和应用准备,海关政府采购电子招标平台推广应用工作正式启动。为配合该平台的推广应用,确保海关电子招投标工作顺利开展,海关总署物资装备采购中心5月14日举办了首期投标商用户操作培训班,共有20家投标商的32名相关人员参加首期培训。海关电子招标平台具有招投标过程电子化、招投标文件标准化、招投标信息安全化等特点,基本达到了高效便捷、规范统一、安全可靠、绿色环保的目标,这一平台的应用将进一步提高海关政府采购的管理水平。
