老师有得意的门生,工厂有心爱的产品,连锁企业则有出色的店铺。尽管我国连锁业起步晚、发展时间尚短、经营管理尚不成熟,但我们依然有自己的骄傲,这就是我们连锁企业常称的“样板店”、“示范店”等等;这也正是连锁企业之“根本”所在。每一个连锁企业都有自己的模式、自己的know—how、自己的追求或风格,很难用统一的口径来评判谁更好、谁稍差,但为了交流的方便起见,我们设计了一份封闭式问卷,选择了四个指标:每平方米年销售额、销售毛利率、业态和地理位置,请连锁经营协会企业会员高层管理人士作答。现将调查结果报告于下,供读者参考。
