水下混凝土灌浆导管,是钻孔灌注桩施工中不可缺少的灌浆设备。其联接方式多为法兰盘式或油管接头式。这两种方式虽然联接可靠,密封性好,但都存在着操作中费工费时的缺点,这对提高工效是很不利的。下面介绍一种新的灌浆导管的联接方式。根据这种方式的特点,命名为“杯盖式”。结构见图1。它主要由上、下两个接头和一道“O”型密封圈所组成。上接头上部外表面有4个径向孔;下部焊有3个圆柱状锁紧销;内腔中部有一锥面。下接头上部为一锥形体,其根部有一“O”型密封圈环槽;下部为一圆柱体,其上有3条轴向槽;下端面为一由3个锯齿形所组成的齿状端面。
