2011年5月国内最大断面规格的板坯连铸机在南阳汉冶特钢有限公司投产,生产400mm×2100mm特厚特宽板坯,投产初期生产铸坯表面纵裂严重,造成轧后钢板不合格品比率大幅提高,通过现场调查和数据分析,查明了表面纵裂形成主要与结晶器冷却及二次冷却不均匀有关,通过规范中包第一炉开浇时提速曲线、调整浸入式水口插入深度、加强设备管理等一系列控制措施,使铸坯表面一次合格率稳定提高至99.2%,有效解决了宽厚板坯表面纵裂。
