腾讯遭遇大棒痛失Oicq品牌,盛大与韩国游戏公司唯美德就《传奇世界》的知识产权纠纷,思科起诉华为,Cebit中国多个MP3企业展位被查,知识产权几乎成为中国企业界普遍的一块心病。此次Sohu同Google的“词库门”事件则是一场相反的战争,是中国企业主动就自己的知识产权起诉跨国公司,虽然结果我们目前不得而知,但从Google的道歉来看,Google显然理亏,同时我们也对Google这样的伟大公司出现这种问题而感到遗憾。
