目的为探讨硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊效果,以确定硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊的最佳剂量及温度、湿度对其熏蒸效果的影响情况。方法在模拟熏蒸箱内进行试验,根据均匀设计实验分组确定的实验条件,对受试蚊虫熏蒸24 h观察死亡率。结果单因素分析显示硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊效果随着硫酰氟剂量的增加而升高,而温度、湿度对其熏蒸灭蚊效果影响不显著;但多因素分析结果显示温度、硫酰氟剂量、湿度的交互作用均显著影响硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊效果。结论本研究在自行研制的模拟熏蒸箱内进行,初步建立了温度、剂量与硫酰氟熏蒸灭蚊效果相关的统计学模型,能够为口岸卫生处理工作提供参考依据。
Objective To explore the fumigation effect of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation to determine the best dose of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation mosquito and temperature and humidity on the fumigation effect. Methods The experiment was conducted in a simulated fumigation chamber. According to the experimental conditions determined by uniform design experiments, mortality was observed 24 hours after fumigation. Results Univariate analysis showed that the effect of fumigation with sulfuryl fluoride fumigation mosquito increased with the increase of sulfuryl fluoride dose, while the temperature and humidity had no significant effect on fumigation and mosquito killing effect. However, the results of multivariate analysis showed that temperature, , The interaction of humidity have a significant impact on the effect of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation. Conclusions This study was carried out in a simulated fumigation box developed by ourselves. The statistical models related to the effects of temperature and dosage on fumigation and mosquito fumigation with sulfuryl fluoride were preliminarily established, which could provide a reference for the hygienic treatment at ports.
