实施林业分类经营就是遵循现代林业思想,根据社会对生态和经济的要求,按照对森林多种功能和主导利用的不同,将林业划分为以发挥生态效益和社会效益为主的公益林业和以发挥经济效益为主的商品林业,使森林的生态效益和经济效益得到整体发挥,促进人与自然的和谐。阐述我国实行林业分类经营管理的必要性以及实施林业分类经营的有关对策和建议。
