研究了镍基合金激光熔覆γ-TiAl基合金涂层的组织特征,以及后续热处理对涂层组织转变的影响。结果表明,通过激光熔覆技术,在镍基合金表层获得了与γ-TiAl基合金激光表层熔凝区相近的枝晶组织。这种组织经过后续退火热处理可形成细小的等轴晶组织,为实现镍基合金/γ-TiAl基合金的超塑扩散连接提供了良好的组织基础。
The microstructure and properties of γ-TiAl-based alloy coatings treated by laser cladding were investigated. The effects of subsequent heat treatment on the microstructure of coatings were also studied. The results show that dendritic microstructure similar to that of γ-TiAl-based laser cladding layer is obtained on the surface of Ni-based alloy by laser cladding. This kind of structure can form fine equiaxed grain structure after subsequent annealing and heat treatment, which provides a good foundation for the superplastic diffusion bonding of Ni-based alloy / γ-TiAl-based alloy.
