当前我国教育改革已从“应试教育”向素质教育全面改变。素质教育面向全体学生,着力提高学生的全面素质,培养创新型人才。而体育教学中的“快乐体育”寓教于乐作为一种教育手段更具有广泛性、实用性和适应性的特点,它是教育教学、认识、审美、娱乐的结合。近年来,在体育教学中,音乐、舞蹈的运用,“快乐体育”进课堂,适时、适量、合理地用“乐”来创设教学情境,充分发挥学生的学习自觉性和创造性,让学生主动发展,促进学生的身心健康。
