本文着重论述了影响钼精矿质量的因素及改善和提高钼精矿质量的方法和途径。一般地说,影响钼精矿质量的因索很多,但实际可以归纳为:矿床的类型、地质作用、嵌布粒度、结晶状态。其它矿物与钼矿物共生关系和影响以及选矿过程中的一些因索的影响等。针对这些问题,笔者选取了有代表性的矿样,就影响钼精矿的各种因索,逐一加以讨论和研究。进而讨论改善和提高钼精矿质量的方法和途径。围绕改善和提高钼精矿质量的研究,其中引用了一些有一定价值的科研成果。可以作为铝选厂的参考。人们常说,在硫化矿物中,辉钼矿是最易浮的矿物。对于书本上介绍的标准型辉钼矿是这样的,因为它具有标准的层片状结晶构造,铸成其可浮性良好。但是,我们在生产实践和科学试验中发现,辉钼矿和其它硫化物一样,其可浮性并非完全相同,大致分为易浮、中等可浮和难浮三种类型。这与辉铝矿的成矿条件、成矿作用、地质作用以及外部作用等等有关,辉铝矿在成矿过程中受内部条件和外部条件的制约,进而生成的辉钼矿无论晶格结构还是晶形都不尽相同。所以,同为辉钼矿,而其可浮性各不相一,出现差异。从选矿工艺角度出发,不同条件下生成的辉钼矿的差异,表现可浮性不同,这个问题是影响钼精矿质量的核心问题,影响钼精矿质量还有其它方面,在本文中统统作为钼精矿质量的影响因索加以探讨,然后阐述改善钼精矿的质量的方法和途径。 This article focuses on the factors that affect the quality of molybdenum concentrates and ways to improve and improve the quality of molybdenum concentrates.
