电视媒体的竞争已越来越激烈。而这种竞争已不仅只表现在对广告资源的争夺上,而是对自身经营理念、用人制度及管理机制的一系列改革上。这也是媒体从事业单位迈向企业单位的必然历程。在这一轮新的竞争中,谁的动作快,谁的改革更适合市场需要,谁就会更强,也会在这种环境中生存下来;反之,则被淘汰出局。
The competition in the television media has become more and more intense. This competition has not only manifested in the competition for advertising resources, but on their own business philosophy, employment system and management mechanism of a series of reforms. This is also the inevitable course of the media from the undertaking to the enterprise. In this new round of competition, who moves fast, whose reform is more suitable for market needs, who will be stronger, will survive in this environment; the other hand, was eliminated.
