充电机是电动汽车充电系统的重要组成部分,一般的电动汽车充电机箱体结构为矩形。在分析研究矩形结构充电机箱体的基础上,指出矩形结构充电机存在的一些缺陷,设计一款T型结构的充电机箱体,并对T型充电机箱体的主要结构和优点展开论述。同时,为了验证在车载条件下箱体是否满足振动特性和强度要求,对T型充电机箱体进行有限元模态分析、刚度分析及振动试验,证明该充电机箱体的设计是可靠的。通过投放市场,验证了该充电机箱体可满足客户要求。
