今年5月至6月,广东省青联组织全省青联十个委员小组奔赴省内各地高校,以讲座、论坛、对话等形式,为大学生就业创业服务。参与交流的青联委员,包括研究生导师、博士生导师、心理咨询师、公司董事长、总经理以及人力资源总监等,他们畅谈成功的心得与人生的阅历,引导学子找准职业定位,增长创业知识,激发学子自主、自立、自强的精神,受到热烈欢迎。本刊分期摘录“青春牵手,共赢未来——广东省青联委员服务大学生就业创业”活动对话,以飨读者。
From May to June of this year, the Guangdong Provincial Youth Federation organized a total of ten members of the Youth League of the province to go to colleges and universities across the province to provide employment and entrepreneurship services for university graduates in the form of lectures, forums, and dialogues. The members of the Youth Federation who participated in the exchange included graduate tutors, doctoral tutors, psychological counselors, chairman of the company, general manager, and human resources director. They talked about successful experiences and life experiences, guided students in identifying career orientation, and increased entrepreneurship. Knowledge, the spirit of stimulating students’ independence, self-reliance and self-improvement, was warmly welcomed.
